Chef Brendon heads up our amazing culinary team, which treats each and every wedding at Deerfield as the once-in-a-lifetime event it is. We regularly hear from our couples that their guests rave about the food being the best they’ve ever had at a wedding. Chef Brendon and his team prepare all of the cuisine in-house, with many locally sourced ingredients. From the cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres to your main course and dessert, our team challenges itself each day to make every morsel an experience to remember!
